Data security commitment
We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate, support, secure, and improve KIMAXI. Planning inputs should be treated as sensitive by users and reviewed carefully before being saved or shared.
1. Information we may collect
- Account and support details, such as name, email address, support messages, and communication preferences.
- App usage data, such as feature interactions, diagnostics, device type, app version, crash logs, and approximate region.
- User-entered planning content, such as position sizing assumptions, fee and slippage inputs, event notes, source notes, and saved educational review records.
- Payment confirmation metadata when purchases are processed through an app store or payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers.
2. How we use information
- To operate and maintain KIMAXI features.
- To provide support, respond to requests, and send service notices.
- To protect the app from abuse, fraud, and technical failures.
- To improve usability, reliability, and educational workflows.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
3. What KIMAXI does not do
- KIMAXI does not place trades or provide brokerage execution.
- KIMAXI does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
- KIMAXI does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
- KIMAXI does not require brokerage account credentials to use educational planning tools.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may share limited information with vendors that help us provide hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, and security. These providers are permitted to use information only to deliver services to KIMAXI.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users may request deletion of eligible account or support information by contacting [email protected].
6. User rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
7. Children
KIMAXI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, laws, or operational needs change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
